Feralpi Group has launched the Feralpi Value Alliance project, an initiative aimed at engaging strategic suppliers in the journey towards sustainability. The inaugural event took place on Tuesday, January 28, in Lonato del Garda, with the participation of various partners already active with the steel group. During the meeting, the Open-es platform was introduced, designed to support companies in their sustainable growth by mapping ESG risks and measuring the future impacts generated through collaboration.
The Vice President of Feralpi Group, Cesare Pasini, emphasized the importance of integrated sustainability throughout the entire value chain, highlighting that change must involve not only the organization itself but also all its business partners. This project fits into a broader context that anticipates the obligations of the new European directive on corporate due diligence regarding sustainability, demonstrating the group’s commitment to promoting ethical and responsible practices among its suppliers.
