On Monday evening, the members’ assembly of the Lago di Garda Lombardia consortium took place, during which the financial statements for 2024 and the budget forecast for 2025 were unanimously approved, featuring a 30% increase in membership fees. The five key themes for the upcoming year include food and wine and sustainability, with the aim of promoting special projects aimed at Latin America and Arab countries. Training, communication, and promotion remain fundamental pillars for consolidating the objectives achieved over the years.
During the assembly, the new president, Stefania Lorenzoni, was elected; she previously served as an assessor for the municipality of Desenzano. Flaviano Mattiotti was confirmed as vice president alongside newly elected Andrea Battani. The board also includes Mauro Moretti and Teresa Pedercini. Lorenzoni expressed her gratitude to her predecessors who contributed to the growth of the consortium, emphasizing the importance of continuing the work initiated by those who have made Garda a significant international tourist destination.
