To access the program, applicants must meet certain requirements, including having an ISEE indicator of €25,000 or less and a monthly fee exceeding the amount reimbursable by INPS, which is €272.72. Applications can only be submitted through the Bandi e Servizi information system using digital identity tools such as SPID or CIE.
