Registration is officially open for the 13 Miglia Dannunzio Run 2025, a road and trail running event scheduled for May 4, 2025, starting and finishing at the Piazza del Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera. Organized by ASD Advance Garda Team 2019 and supported by the municipalities of Gardone Riviera and Toscolano Maderno, the event features several competitive distances: the Gardonese, a 10 km race with an elevation gain of 450 meters, and the 13MDR, a half marathon of 21 km with a 1000-meter elevation gain. This year also marks the debut of the Family Cross Run, a non-competitive 5 km run open to everyone, including families and children.
The race is notable for its scenic route, which consists of 80% unpaved trails, providing a unique experience for trail running enthusiasts. Registrations are already available online until May 1, 2025, on the websites www.endu.net and www.dannunziorun.it, with the option to register on-site in the days leading up to the event. The organizers have also planned cash prizes for the top finishers in various categories, making this edition even more appealing for both local and visiting runners.
