The Vittoriale degli Italiani has reached a significant milestone, surpassing 300,000 visitors in 2024, an ambitious goal set by the Foundation and its president, Giordano Bruno Guerri, especially following the challenges posed by the pandemic, which had resulted in only 179,047 visitors in 2021. This remarkable achievement was celebrated on December 28, when a visitor from Trieste, Cinzia Bianchi, entered the D’Annunzio Park at 11:41 AM, receiving a lifetime pass for herself and her family as a gift. The numbers reflect a steady growth, increasing from 291,504 visitors in 2023 to 267,512 in 2022.
The Vittoriale not only attracts a growing number of tourists but also stands out for the quality of the experience it offers; in fact, it has been recognized by the Museum Observatory managed by BVA-Doxa as the top Italian museum for the emotions it evokes in visitors and the professionalism of its staff. Francesca Caruso, the Regional Councilor for Culture in Lombardy, emphasized how this achievement highlights the importance of the Vittoriale as a model of excellence in the Italian and international cultural landscape, confirming it as a beacon of cultural tourism capable of attracting visitors from around the world.
