The Bicchierata of the GS Montegargnano took place last Monday in Navazzo di Gargnano, celebrating 53 years of tradition and sport. The event saw the participation of athletes, collaborators, and friends of the group, presided over by Marco Forti, who gathered for the awards and year-end greetings. A touching moment was dedicated to the memory of Aurelio Forti, the founder of the group who recently passed away. Among those present were Deputy Mayor Marco Mascher, Regional Councilor Floriano Massardi, and Dr. Hermann Brugger, who received prestigious awards.
During the evening, the best athletes of the year were honored: Mauro Lazzarini secured first place among men, followed by Mauro Castellini and Rudi Amati; among women, Alessia Porta triumphed, followed by Concetta D’arrigo and Annalisa Ferrari. President Marco Forti also previewed the future plans of the association, including collaboration for the BVG Trail on April 17 and the much-anticipated 10 Miles of Garda, scheduled for June 1, 2025.
