The Grand Hotel Fasano in Gardone Riviera will be the stage for two significant gastronomic events in the coming days. On Saturday, October 19th, at 6 PM, Chef Maurizio Bufi from Ristorante Il Fagiano (1 Michelin Star) and bar manager Rama Redzepi will participate in a cooking show at the International White Truffle Fair in Alba. On Monday, October 21st, at 7 PM, the two professionals will join Chef Pasquale Tozzi for the “Stelle di Lago” event at Rocca di Lonato del Garda, aimed at raising funds for the Ugo Da Como Foundation.
Maurizio Bufi emphasized the importance of participating in these events to enhance the hotel’s visibility both internationally and locally. During the fair, Redzepi will also present a cocktail to pair with the dishes served, highlighting the evolution of choices in the world of fine dining. Tozzi underscored the value of the proceeds intended for youth through the foundation, stressing the importance of supporting their professional growth.
