The municipal administration of Lonato del Garda has launched the fourth edition of the “Green Park” project, an initiative aimed at promoting sports as a means of community building and growth. The summer program, which will run from June 1st to September 8th, 2024, is organized in collaboration with the Polisportiva Lonato del Garda and various local associations.
The inauguration ceremony took place in the afternoon, marking the official start of the numerous activities planned for this edition. The main objective of the event is to raise awareness among citizens about the importance of physical exercise and sports practice as means to improve health and general well-being.
The “Green Park” project aims to achieve several fundamental objectives:
– Promotion of physical exercise: Encouraging sports activities to promote the full physical development of individuals.
– Optimal health: Promoting an optimal state of health through sports.
– Good health practices: Spreading healthy habits related to safeguarding health.
– Territorial network: Developing a network through the involvement of local associations.
– Aggregation center: Creating a unique meeting point through outdoor sports and recreational-cultural activities.
To participate in the activities proposed by “Green Park 2024”, it is necessary to fill out a registration form available in the attachments section. This form must be submitted to the Tourist Info Point located in Piazza Martiri della Libertà, 12, open every day from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
In addition, the complete schedule of activities, including times and locations, can be downloaded from the same attachments section. All updates related to the program are available on the Sportclubby App, downloadable from digital stores (App Store and Play Store), by searching for the “Polisportiva Lonato del Garda – Calendario Green Park 2024” channel.
