Only a few hours remain until the debut of the 1000 Miglia Experience China, an event that will take place in Guangzhou and bring the allure of historic cars to the Guangdong province. The event, organized by Freccia Rossa in collaboration with the Federation Classic Car China, has already featured a static display of the 65 cars registered for the race at Tianhui Plaza. The vehicles are divided into six categories, ranging from masterpieces of the 1000 Miglia Era (1927-1957) to models from the Post 1000 Miglia Era. Today, Wednesday, November 13, technical and sporting checks were conducted in preparation for the official start scheduled for tomorrow.
The competition will cover a route of 1200 kilometers through eleven cities, including Yangjiang, Zhuhai, and Shenzhen, with the final arrival in Guangzhou on Sunday afternoon. Fulvio D’Alvia, CEO of 1000 Miglia, emphasized the cultural significance of the event in strengthening ties between Italy and China. Foreign teams will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture during the journey. The winning team will not only make history as the first champion of the Chinese edition but will also secure admission to the 1000 Miglia 2025.
