A traffic accident occurred on Thursday, January 23, along Provincial Road 23 in Nozza di Vestone, when a 66-year-old man experienced a medical emergency while driving, losing control of the vehicle. Fortunately, his wife, who was traveling as a passenger, managed to intervene quickly by grabbing the steering wheel and redirecting the car’s path, thus avoiding a potential crash into a busy area filled with bars and shops. During the maneuver, the vehicle lightly struck a parked car.
Following the alert raised by the couple, emergency services and the local police from the Aggregazione Valle Sabbia arrived at the scene. The man was taken to the hospital for checks, although his condition was not deemed serious. His wife’s quick thinking prevented much more severe consequences during a moment of great tension.
