The Multi-functional Socio-Health Center in Desenzano del Garda was inaugurated on Thursday the 10th, with a ceremony presided over by the regional Welfare Councillor, Guido Bertolaso. This new facility, named ‘Damiana Abrami’, was established by the Renato and Damiana Abrami Foundation in collaboration with the ASST of Garda, to address the healthcare needs of the local population. During the inauguration, Bertolaso emphasized how the center represents a model of cooperation between the public and private sectors aimed at improving health services in the area.
The CSSP offers a wide range of services, including the selection and revocation of general practitioners, a vaccination center, family counseling, and specialized outpatient clinics. Following a total investment of approximately 6.5 million euros, the facility has been operational since August 5th and has been designed to promote the humanization of care and the psychological well-being of citizens. During the ceremony, Lidia Venturini Abrami was also recognized for her commitment to the foundation.
