A large boulder has fallen onto a house in Bagolino, leading to the closure of the **SP 669** at kilometer **3+500**. The incident occurred overnight when the boulder detached from the overhanging rock face and struck both the road and a house located below at Ponte Caffaro. Fortunately, there were no injuries, and the carabinieri promptly cordoned off the area for safety reasons.
On the morning of Friday the 24th, a team of rock climbers will be on site to conduct thorough checks and ensure that there are no further unstable materials on the rock face before the road can be reopened. The situation remains under monitoring by the relevant authorities.
