Malcesine is gearing up for a magical Christmas in Piazza Statuto, the vibrant heart of the holiday events in this Veronese village. Until January 6, 2025, visitors will be able to enjoy a wide range of activities, including the Children’s and Youth House, which offers free entertainment for the little ones and teenagers, as well as a 4D Cinema featuring Christmas-themed films. Additionally, children can participate in pony rides in collaboration with the San Giorgio Riding School on December 21, 22, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 31, as well as on January 4, 5, and 6.
The square will also host an ice skating rink and a Food & Wine area called Bruco Mela, where live performances will take place. The Scaligero Castle will transform into the “Castle of the Befane,” offering creative workshops and storytelling for children. The charming stalls of the Borgo will be set up in Piazza Turazza and Piazza Cavour, featuring artisanal gift ideas. Finally, the New Year’s Eve celebration will culminate in a live concert by the band Malumida, followed by a fireworks display over the lake at midnight.
