The Salò Coast Guard reported this morning, April 21st, the grounding of a vessel called “New Ranger” on the eastern coast of the lake, in the waters of the Municipality of Malcesine. It is believed that the detachment from the mooring occurred accidentally.
The Coast Guard has issued an appeal to find the owner of the boat. Anyone who recognizes the vessel is asked to contact the operations room at the number 0365-21300 to provide more information about the sighting point and thus enable the recovery of the boat.
At the moment, no further details are available about the incident. It remains to be understood how the detachment occurred and whether there have been any consequences or damages to the boat.
