Marta Rossetti, a skier from Garda representing the Raffa di Puegnago’s Fiamme Oro team, has won the Italian national championship title in slalom. The 25-year-old athlete achieved this prestigious victory during a race held in Val Senales, in the province of Bolzano.
In the first run, Marta finished in fourth place, but it was in the second partial time of the decisive run that she showed her true worth. With a total time of 1’29″57, the Garda skier beat Trentino’s Martina Peterlini by just 0.10 seconds, who had been leading until halfway through the race.
This is Marta Rossetti’s first national title overall, a victory that represents an important milestone in her career. The young athlete has demonstrated talent and determination on the slopes and has rightfully earned this prestigious recognition.
