The Camonica Valley and the town of Darfo Boario Terme are set to host an extraordinary event: the Boario Thermal Park will serve as the stage for the next outdoor episode of the fourteenth season of MasterChef Italia, scheduled for Thursday, January 2, 2025. Aspiring chefs will compete in a culinary contest featuring 15 local couples, who will judge dishes prepared with a menu inspired by the 1970s, in celebration of their golden anniversaries. The recording of the episode has been made possible through the collaboration between the MasterChef team and various local entities, including the municipality and the Olivelli-Putelli Hospitality Institute.
Coinciding with the airing of the episode, the Thermae & Ski Valle Camonica Tourist Consortium will organize an evening at the Congress Center of Darfo Boario Terme, starting at 7:30 PM. The event will address the impact of television on the chef profession and on gastronomic tourism, featuring distinguished speakers and culminating in a live screening of the MasterChef episode. This initiative not only represents an opportunity to promote the beauty and culture of the Camonica Valley but also serves as a moment of collective pride for the local community.
