Salò: The Post Office Reopens with Modernized Digital Services After a closure that began on November 4 for modernization works, the post office located at Via Canottieri 10 in Salò has reopened to the public. The renovations aimed to enhance the quality of services offered and improve customer experience by integrating the location into the “Polis – House of Digital Services” project by Poste Italiane, which is dedicated to municipalities with fewer than 15,000 residents. This initiative seeks to facilitate access to public administration services and reduce the digital divide.
The completed works included a reorganization of the internal spaces and the installation of new furnishings, making access to services more convenient. Among the new features introduced, citizens can now directly request civil status certificates and three types of INPS certificates at the counter: the pension slip, the single certification, and the “OBIS M” model, which provides information related to the pension allowance.
