The mayor of Montichiari, Marco Togni, who was recently re-elected in the municipal elections on June 8 and 9, announced yesterday, Friday, June 28, the composition of the new municipal council. The assignments of the positions in the various departments were revealed in an event that marks the beginning of the new term.
Graziano Bonometti has been appointed Deputy Mayor and has been entrusted with the responsibilities for Private Construction, Public Works, Heritage, Green Spaces, and the Single Desk for Productive Activities (SUAP). His experience will be crucial in addressing the challenges related to land management and infrastructure.
Andrea Lanfranchi takes on the role of Councilor with responsibilities for Sports, Commerce, and Cemetery Services. His task will be to promote sports and commercial activities in the local community, as well as managing cemetery services.
Rossana Gardoni has been chosen as Councilor with responsibilities for Social and Healthcare Services, Equal Opportunities, Relations with the Local Health Authority (ATS), and the Local Health and Social Care Agency (Asst). Her responsibility will be to ensure the social well-being of citizens and maintain effective relationships with healthcare agencies.
Lastly, Davide Tiraboschi will serve as Councilor with responsibilities for Education, Youth Policies, Neighborhood Committees, Registry Office, and Demographic Services. His work will focus on improving educational and youth policies, as well as managing demographic services.
