A conference on fraud will be held in Nago Torbole on February 22nd. The local administration, in collaboration with the Department of Security, local parishes, and personnel from the Carabinieri, has organized the event “Stop Fraud” to raise awareness among citizens about the risks associated with various types of scams, with particular emphasis on the elderly. The meeting will take place at 3:00 PM at the parish theater in Nago-Torbole and will feature expert speakers, including Lieutenant Nicola Cozza from the Torbole Carabinieri Station, Dr. Maurizio Giuseppe Tondi, president of the A.N.C. Section of Riva del Garda, as well as Mayor Gianni Morandi and Security Councillor Fabio Malagoli.
During the conference, crucial topics such as phone scams, online fraud, and phishing will be addressed, providing valuable information to help protect citizens from potential deceit.
