From October 11 to 13, the Parc Hotel in Peschiera del Garda will host the national Laughing Yoga congress, an event aimed at promoting well-being through laughter. Organized by master trainer Lara Lucaccioni in collaboration with the weekly magazine Donna Moderna, the festival will feature over 30 events, including workshops, talks, and playful activities. Among the special guests will be Madan Kataria, the founder of the movement, who will participate via video to share the therapeutic applications of this innovative practice.
Laughing Yoga is a discipline that encourages people to laugh without the need for humor, bringing numerous scientifically proven benefits for both physical and mental health. With over 3 million practitioners in more than 115 countries and about 500 active clubs in Italy, the gathering aims to provide an inclusive and educational opportunity for anyone looking to discover the healing powers of laughter.
