A new location for the Employment Center will be established in Castiglione delle Stiviere, following the unanimous approval by the Provincial Council of Mantova on March 4th. The property selected, located at Viale Longhi 44, will be purchased for an amount of 2,074,000 euros, with the aim of enhancing the services offered to the public, in line with the initiatives outlined in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The need to relocate from the current site at Via Maestri del Lavoro 1/b is due to the deterioration of the building and the lack of adequate spaces to ensure user privacy.
The company Galvan Sposa S.r.l., the owner of the property, has submitted a proposal that includes the necessary work to transform the space into a functional headquarters for the Center. The preliminary purchase agreement stipulates that the final contract will be contingent upon the completion of seismic upgrading and repurposing of the spaces, ensuring compliance with current urban planning and building regulations.
