From July 10th to July 19th, the 45 bis Gardesana occidentale road will undergo the implementation of an alternating one-way system during the night. This measure will be in effect from 10 pm to 6 am, affecting the section near the Orione tunnel.
The measure has been adopted to ensure the safe conduct of investigations on the tunnel’s lining structures. These works are preliminary to the finalization of the project for Unit 2 of the Ciclovia del Garda, which will cover the section from the Orione tunnel to the mouth of Ponale.
Safety Measures and Restrictions
During the period when the alternating one-way system is in place, additional measures will be implemented to ensure the safety of motorists and workers. These include:
- No overtaking
- Maximum speed limit set at 40 kilometers per hour
Work Schedule
The investigations will be conducted exclusively during the night to minimize the impact on daily traffic. During the remaining hours of the day, from 6 am to 10 pm, as well as on Saturdays and holidays, traffic will return to normal without any restrictions.
