State road 45 bis will be closed to traffic in the section between the access to Castel Toblino and the mini roundabout at the Santa Massenza exit, in the “alla stretta” area. The road closure will take place on the evenings of Wednesday, May 8th and Thursday, May 9th, from 9:30 pm to 5:30 am the following morning.
The closure is necessary to carry out cutting and removal works of some tall trees that pose a danger along the affected stretch of road. During the closure hours, traffic from Trento to Riva del Garda and vice versa, as well as from Trento to Ponte Arche and Giudicarie and vice versa, will be diverted onto the provincial road 84 of Cavedine, following the itinerary of the Laghi valley (Vezzano, Drena, Dro). The alternative routes will be signposted on site with the appropriate road signs.
This temporary closure may cause inconvenience to motorists traveling along that section of state road 45 bis during the affected evenings. However, it is important to remember that this measure is necessary to ensure the safety of road users, considering the risk posed by the dangerous trees.
To avoid inconvenience and delays, drivers are advised to plan their journeys taking into account the alternative routes and possible traffic congestion that may occur along the provincial road 84 of Cavedine.
