Registered polling station scrutineers are invited to submit a declaration of availability to serve during the upcoming elections. The deadline for submission is set for Friday, May 10, 2024.
The request specifically targets unemployed, jobless, or student individuals, but those who are employed may also express their interest. However, applications from the latter category will only be considered after those from individuals who fall into the aforementioned situations have been exhausted.
It should be noted that even those who are not registered can communicate their availability to the Electoral Office for possible substitutions.
The polling station operations will take place on the following days and times:
– Saturday, June 8: from 9:00 am onwards for the setup of the polling station; from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm for voting operations;
– Sunday, June 9: from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm for voting operations. Followed by the counting of votes for the European elections;
– Monday, June 10: from 2:00 pm for the counting of votes for the local elections.
It is important to emphasize that scrutineers can only renounce their appointment for serious and proven reasons within 48 hours of receiving the appointment notice, through a written declaration.
The declaration, available on the municipal website or at the Demographic Services Office, must be sent together with a copy of a valid identification document duly completed and signed. Delivery can be made in person at the Protocol Office of the Municipality of Bardolino, by mail to the following address: Comune di Bardolino – Ufficio Elettorale, Piazzetta San Gervaso 1 37011 – Bardolino (VR), via email to lucia.sala@comune.bardolino.vr.it, or via certified email to comune.bardolino@legalmail.it.
