The Santa Lucia Biancoblu Association, active in the Valle Sabbia region, is dedicated to bringing smiles to sick children through acts of solidarity. Founded to collect toys for the pediatric wards of hospitals in Brescia, it has expanded its activities to include support for child neuropsychiatry. On December 15, it will resume its activities in hospitals after a pause due to COVID-19, using funds recently raised during a celebration in Vobarno aimed at renovating the Child Neuropsychiatry ward at the Spedali Civili hospital in Brescia.
The municipal council of Castelnuovo del Garda has approved a project for the safety enhancement of Campanello port, with total funding of 212,000 euros, primarily from the Veneto Region. Planned interventions include dredging and the upgrading of lighting.
