The Municipality of Riva del Garda has announced a public auction for the non-residential lease of a property at Viale San Francesco 16. The auction will take place on June 13th at 10:00 am in the meeting room of the town hall at Piazza Tre Novembre 5.
The property consists of commercial premises on the ground floor and mezzanine, connected by an internal staircase, with a total area of 116.35 square meters. The ground floor includes 46 square meters of retail space and 33.85 square meters of storage, while the mezzanine has 31.80 square meters of storage and 4.70 square meters of anteroom and toilet.
Currently, the premises are used for neighborhood retail sales in the non-food sector. However, professional studios, offices, personal services, and other artisanal activities that do not involve the processing or transformation of food raw materials are also permitted. If a change of use is necessary, it will be the responsibility of the tenant to comply with any requirements.
The lease contract will have a duration of six years from the date of signing.
To participate in the auction, interested parties must arrange a site visit at their own expense by May 23rd, accompanied by personnel appointed by the administration. The request for a site visit must be sent by May 15th via certified email to patrimonio@pec.comune.rivadelgarda.tn.it, using the attached form “sopralluogo.”
The auction will be awarded to the bidder who offers the highest percentage increase on the annual base rent of €18,930.
