The Municipality of Salò has issued a notice to reopen the deadline for submitting bids in the public auction for the lease of the “Bar i pini” business located within the Social Center.
Initially, the deadline for submitting applications was set for April 8, 2024, at 12:00. However, due to the mandatory site inspections specified in the notice and the queries received from interested economic operators, it was not possible to provide timely responses that would allow them to submit their bids within the established timeframe of the tender.
It should be noted that electrical system upgrades are currently underway inside the bar premises, so the lease of the business can only be made after the completion of these works.
As a result, the deadline for the procedure has been reopened to allow interested economic operators to submit their bids by 12:00 on Friday, April 19, 2024. Bids must be delivered to the Municipality’s Protocol Office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 to 12:00.
