In anticipation of the Christmas tourism, the Prada Costabella Cable Car will reopen in the coming days, offering visitors the chance to reach Monte Baldo at an altitude of 1,850 meters above sea level. The facility, located in Prada at San Zeno di Montagna, will officially resume operations on Thursday, December 26, and will remain active until Monday, January 6; thereafter, it will operate only on weekends until February 23, with hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The cable car consists of two sections: the first is a two-seater gondola that connects Prada (1,000 m) to Ortigaretta (1,550 m), offering a scenic 22-minute ride over a distance of 2 km. The second section is a two-seater chairlift that quickly takes passengers from Ortigaretta to Costabella in just 10 minutes, allowing them to enjoy breathtaking views and the natural beauty of Monte Baldo.
