Calcinato: Road Accident Leaves Two Injured in Hospital A serious road accident occurred yesterday afternoon, Friday, December 13, along Via Rovadino in Calcinato, where two cars collided head-on. The alert was raised around 5:30 PM when one of the vehicles veered into the opposite lane, striking the other car that was approaching. Emergency services responded immediately, with a medical vehicle and ambulance on-site to assist the injured, while the Local Police of Calcinato and Bedizzole managed traffic and facilitated the removal of the involved vehicles.
The two drivers involved in the accident, aged 53 and 64, were transported in yellow code to the hospitals in Montichiari and Desenzano to receive the necessary care. The causes of the incident are currently under investigation by the relevant authorities.
