A road accident occurred this morning around 7:50 AM between the Desenzano toll booth and the exit for the A21, causing significant delays on the A4 heading towards Milano. The incident involved four vehicles in the acceleration lane, but fortunately, there were no injuries. The traffic disruptions were considerable, especially given the peak hour.
The authorities, particularly the Verona Sud traffic police, quickly intervened to manage the situation and restore normal traffic flow. It is expected that traffic conditions will return to normal shortly, once the necessary checks and interventions at the scene are completed.
