The Municipality of Toscolano Maderno has announced the commencement of roadworks starting Tuesday, January 7, 2025, for the installation of a new electrical conduit necessary for balancing the electrical substations located near the Montebaldo supermarket, the Conad supermarket, and behind the Church of Maderno. The works are expected to be completed by Saturday, February 15, and will involve temporary changes to traffic, including the closure of Via Piazza San Marco and Piazzale Salvo d’Acquisto from January 7 to January 20, with restrictions on transit and parking.
Additionally, a crossing of the Maderno State Road (SS45 Bis) is scheduled for January 13 or January 16 from 7:00 PM until the completion of the works, along with alternating one-way traffic on the same state road from January 15 to February 15. The closure of Via Fratelli Bianchi will take place from February 10 to February 15. During the works, pedestrian access will be maintained in the affected areas, and alternative routes will be signposted. Any changes to the schedule may occur due to adverse weather conditions or technical issues.
