Salò will celebrate International Women’s Day with a day full of initiatives dedicated to local culture and history, scheduled for Saturday, March 8th. The municipal administration has organized events that will begin at 10:30 AM in the historic center, where a special edition of “Traces of History in Salò” will take place. This guided tour will focus on the prominent female figures who have shaped the city. This cultural experience will be repeated in the afternoon from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, allowing participants to explore the contributions of women in Salò’s history.
In the evening, starting at 6:00 PM at the Sala dei Provveditori, there will be a conference titled “Achievements: Four Stories of Women Leaders,” organized in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Commission. Four distinguished guests will speak about their professional and institutional experiences: Michela Bezzi, Francesca Paola Lucrezi, Francesca Morandi, and Valeria Negrini.
