Today, Sunday, December 1st, Salò kicks off the Christmas event series “Salò Natale d’Incanto,” featuring a day full of activities. At 4 PM, the lakeside and the historic center will host musical Christmas greetings from the carolers, followed by the much-anticipated lighting of the Christmas decorations at 4:30 PM. The city is gearing up to celebrate the festive season with various attractions, including the ice skating rink already open in Piazza della Vittoria and a children’s carousel in Piazza Serenissima.
This year’s highlights include events designed for the little ones, such as the Children’s Christmas in Piazza Serenissima and the Christmas Design Market. Traditional events will also take place, including the Grand Sports Gala on December 13th and the arrival of Santa Lucia. Organizers promise a magical atmosphere with spectacular lights and a series of concerts and roaming performances that will enhance the Christmas experience up until New Year’s Eve.
