Serious accident in Desenzano: critical condition for a 66-year-old from Castelnuovo del Garda
A serious accident occurred yesterday morning in Desenzano, in the Vò area, involving a 66-year-old resident of Castelnuovo del Garda. The man lost control of his Opel Astra station wagon around 11:30, likely due to a medical emergency, and crashed into a tree. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found the 66-year-old in cardiac arrest, performing resuscitation for an extended period.
After initial treatment, the man was urgently transferred to the Civile Hospital of Brescia with a red code, where he is currently in extremely critical condition and in a coma. Authorities are investigating the causes of the accident to clarify the dynamics of the events.
