The Monday Cinema in Riva del Garda presents the 1991 drama film “Shadows and Fog”, directed and starring Woody Allen, for the evening of Monday, November 18. The screening will take place at the auditorium of the Conservatory, starting at 9 PM. The film features a star-studded cast including Jodie Foster, Madonna, Mia Farrow, Kathy Bates, and John Malkovich. The plot follows the misadventures of the employee Kleinman, who finds himself in the crosshairs of an enraged mob while trying to escape a mysterious strangler.
This event is part of the thematic series “Kafka and Beyond,” dedicated to the centenary of the death of the Prague writer. Attendees can access the screening with a Fic card, which will also be available on the evening itself for 12 euros (5 euros for students up to 25 years old). Each film is preceded by an introduction by Ludovic Maillet, providing a unique opportunity for cinematic insight. The initiative is organized by the municipalities of Arco and Riva del Garda in collaboration with the cultural center “La Firma.”
