On Wednesday, February 19th, at the enchanting Olivi Beach in Riva del Garda, the official launch of **Brezza Riva Silente** took place, a new sparkling **Trentodoc** produced by **Agraria Riva del Garda**. This wine represents an innovative blend of the winemaking tradition of Alto Garda Trentino and a unique underwater aging process, conducted at a depth of 40 meters in Lake Garda. During the event, industry experts and enthusiasts had the opportunity to preview the **Brezza Riva Silente 2019**, a 100% Chardonnay blanc de blancs sourced from the terraced vineyards of Alto Tennese.
The grapes used for this sparkling wine come from a vineyard located at an altitude of 450 meters, where favorable climatic conditions help create a perfect balance between freshness and structure. The maturation occurs in bottles resting on the lakebed, ensuring superior quality thanks to the constant temperature and the natural movement of the currents. Starting from February 20th, the **Brezza Riva Silente 2019** will be available in a limited edition at the Rurale Store of Agraria Riva del Garda and online, further enriching the already diverse offerings of the local winery.
