A 40-year-old man of foreign origin has been reported at large for **improper theft** after attempting to steal again from the Migross supermarket in Sirmione, located on Via Verona. This second attempt proved to be fatal for the individual, as he was recognized by a security staff member.
The first theft had occurred a week earlier, when the man managed to steal food products and perfumes from the store. During his escape, he engaged in a scuffle with the security personnel, who sustained injuries to a hand. Despite the incident, the thief seemed convinced that he could repeat the act without facing any consequences.
Returning to the supermarket just seven days later, the man was immediately recognized by the security staff. At this point, a call was made to the carabinieri, who promptly intervened at the scene. The officers took the 40-year-old to the local station to carry out the necessary identification and reporting procedures.
