The Leone Shopping Center in Lonato del Garda will host a weekend dedicated to solidarity on October 19 and 20. During these two days, from 9 AM to 6 PM, volunteers from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will be present to collect donations of 10 euros in support of scientific research, offering a cyclamen plant in return, which serves as a symbol of the initiative.
On Sunday, October 20, coinciding with the week dedicated to First Aid, volunteers from the Red Cross – Garda Bresciano Committee will provide practical demonstrations on cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques. This activity aligns with the World Restart a Heart (WRAH) day, which emphasizes the importance of first aid skills within the community. The shopping center’s director, Angela Berto, highlighted the significance of such initiatives in raising awareness and educating visitors on crucial issues like health and solidarity.
