The weekend of December 15 promises to be rich in sporting events in the provinces surrounding Lake Garda, with numerous activities dedicated to running, trail running, and other disciplines. On Sunday, in Brescia, the 2nd Cross del Cus will take place, featuring the Provincial Cross Relay Championships organized by Fidal, with races starting at 10:00 AM at the CUS athletics track. Also on Sunday, Puegnago will host a Christmas Walk with routes of 4 and 6 km, while Brescia will feature the 14th Babbo Running, a fun athletic event offering 5 or 10 km distances in support of the Nikolajewka School Foundation.
Additionally, on Saturday, December 14, Nago-Torbole will be the venue for the 7th Garda Trentino Xmas Trail, a competitive trail event offering routes of 30 km and 15 km, starting from the Surf Torbole club at 9:00 AM. There will also be events such as the Fidal Open Cross Country in Bussolengo and the Christmas Run in Verona, further confirming the region’s commitment to organizing engaging sporting events for athletes and enthusiasts alike.
