The St. Stephen’s Concert by the City Band of Salò will take place on Thursday, December 26, at the Cinema Cristal, starting at 8:30 PM. As per tradition, the evening will feature performances by the Youth Band and the Wind Orchestra, providing an opportunity to celebrate together with an audience primarily made up of family and friends of the musicians. Admission is free until seats are filled, with doors opening at 8:10 PM. The Youth Band, conducted by Maestro Gian Piero Guerra, will kick off the concert with a selection of pieces including “Auld Lang Syne” and “Jubilant Bells.”
In the second part of the evening, the Wind Orchestra, under the direction of Maestro Angelo Bolciaghi, will present some of the most appreciated pieces performed throughout the year. This event not only celebrates music but also serves as a moment of reflection on the work done by the association over the past year, which has seen a significant increase in musical events.
