Stefano Cavada, a well-known food and wine communicator and cookbook author, will present his new book “Polenta e farina di mais” on December 15, 2024 in Livemmo di Pertica Alta. The event will take place at 3:00 PM at the Capannone on Via Camozzi 7, with free admission. Accompanied by Sonia Peronaci, a renowned chef and digital entrepreneur, Cavada will explore the tradition of polenta through 40 recipes, ranging from classic dishes to innovative creations. The presentation is organized in collaboration with the Infopoint of Pertica Alta and the La Gerla Cooperative.
The book represents an important step in Cavada’s publishing journey, as he has recently begun to delve into the culinary traditions of Valsabbia. The work will not only feature traditional recipes but also suggestions on how to use polenta in original ways. At the end of the event, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a copy of the book and meet the author for a signing session, all accompanied by a festive toast with mulled wine and panettone.
