Domenica Bertini celebrated her 101st birthday at the Gardone Social Center. Her son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, and dozens of friends were present, making this important milestone in Domenica’s life even more special.
It has become a tradition for Domenica Bertini to call the center every year to organize her birthday party. Sergio Bonzanini, the president of the center, commented, “Domenica actually resides at the Bravi Foundation in San Michele, and it is she who calls us every year to organize the party.” On the occasion of her 101st birthday, the social center was decorated to welcome Domenica and her guests.
The cake for the celebration was made by Pastisèr di Salò, a local bakery. A giant cake that made this moment of joy and celebration even more special. The Fiori di Zucca restaurant was chosen as the venue for the party, where Domenica was able to dance a waltz accompanied by an accordion.
