The Church of San Pietro sotto la Rocca in Bardolino will reopen its doors to the public on Sunday, April 7th. This architectural gem, dating back to the 12th century, is located at the foot of the Rocca di Garda and has recently been renovated thanks to an agreement between the Municipality of Bardolino and the Youth Tourist Center “El Vissinel”.
After a period of closure to allow for archaeological excavations, the church was opened last year during the summer months by volunteers from the Ctg. The initiative was a great success both among the locals and tourists, who were able to appreciate the beauty and history of this place.
The first opening of the season will take place on Sunday, April 7th from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. It is an unmissable opportunity to visit this wonderful church and discover its historical and artistic importance.
