Alto Garda: Repeated Thefts at School, Five Minors Reported. Following an investigation conducted by the Carabinieri, five boys aged between 16 and 17 have been identified and reported to the juvenile court in Trento for a series of thefts that occurred at the Upt school in Arco. The incidents, totaling six, took place after the resumption of classes post-Christmas. The youths allegedly took advantage of the school’s closure on weekends to enter through a tampered door, stealing coins from vending machines and cash from the offices, amounting to approximately one thousand euros.
The investigation led the authorities to conduct targeted checks outside the institution during the evening hours. Last weekend, they caught the five minors attempting to steal from a safe. Following their apprehension, searches were carried out at the boys’ homes, where around 500 euros in cash were found, believed to be part of the loot from the thefts.
