A significant robbery took place overnight between Wednesday, March 27th and Thursday, March 28th at the Acqua e Sapone store in Desenzano. According to the Carabinieri of the Desenzano Company, a gang of criminals broke into the store to steal the cash register, suggesting that they are a group of professionals.
The theft may be connected to another incident that occurred just minutes earlier in Bedizzole, at the Italmark supermarket on Via Benaco. In that case, the thieves forced their way in and escaped with the safe.
Both robberies were carried out by an organized gang that appears to have specific skills in this type of criminal activity. The competent authorities are currently conducting investigations to identify the perpetrators of the thefts and recover the stolen loot.
