In Toscolano Maderno, significant renovations are underway at the RSA G.B. Bianchi, funded by the 110% superbonus. This project, with an expenditure exceeding 6 million euros, aims to enhance the seismic safety and energy efficiency of the facility. The works include reinforcing the external envelope, refurbishing weak floors, installing a thermal insulation system made of rock wool, new hybrid boilers, and a 200-kilowatt photovoltaic system with battery storage.
Initiated last October, the renovations are set to be completed by August 7, 2025, ensuring greater safety and comfort for the 84 residents of the RSA. Francesco Rampi, president of the Board of Directors of the G.B. Bianchi Foundation, emphasizes that this initiative will not only improve the sustainability of the structure but will also allow for a reorganization of the internal spaces, creating a new lounge for meetings between residents and their families. The reopening of the historic entrance from Via Cavour symbolizes a commitment to engaging with the local community.
