Desenzano: Traffic Modifications in the City Center for December 29 and 31. In anticipation of the New Year’s Eve celebrations, the Municipality has implemented extraordinary measures to ensure safety during the festivities. The changes to traffic primarily affect Lungolago Cesare Battisti and several streets in the historic center. On Sunday, December 29, the weekly market will take place under an ordinance that mandates the closure of the waterfront streets, Piazza Matteotti, and Via Anelli to vehicle traffic, while parking in Piazza Feltrinelli will be restricted from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
For Tuesday, December 31, further traffic restrictions are planned, including the closure of Via Lungolago Cesare Battisti and the adjacent squares up to the roundabout at the “Maratona” parking lot, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. These measures have been put in place to facilitate the New Year’s celebrations in a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors.
