The SS 240 in Torbole will be closed to traffic from 8:00 AM on Monday, December 16, until 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 17. This closure is necessary for the installation of the pedestrian and cycling bridge, which is part of the Garda Cycle Path project. The work will affect the section of Via Giacomo Matteotti, between the “Mecki” bar and the “Piccolo Mondo” hotel, near the bridge over the Sarca River. During this period, traffic diversions will be implemented and will be indicated on-site.
This work is part of Functional Unit 18 of the Cycle Path, an ambitious project that will connect Torbole to Riva del Garda, starting from the Navigarda boarding and ticket office, with completion expected in the summer of 2025.
