On Sunday, August 25, the Laghetto delle Danze at the Vittoriale degli Italiani will host a special event dedicated to Eleonora Duse, the renowned Italian actress. The event is scheduled for 9 PM with “Sipario di viaggio. Stories about Eleonora Duse,” a performance that will explore the significant places in the life of the Divine through a series of scenic tales.

A Tribute to the Great Actress
The event is produced by the Teatro Stabile del Veneto – Teatro Nazionale and organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Asolo, as part of the celebrations for the centenary of the actress’s death. This project is supported by the National Duse Committee, chaired by Giordano Bruno Guerri, and represents an important cultural initiative to honor the memory of a key figure in the history of Italian theater.
Who is Luca Scarlini?
The scenic storytelling will be conducted by Luca Scarlini, a well-known essayist and playwright, who has collaborated with numerous artists and theatrical institutions both in Italy and abroad.
