Valtènesi has won the prestigious “Rosato dell’Anno” award for the third time, presented by Gambero Rosso. During the unveiling of the Vini d’Italia 2025 guide, held on October 13 at the Brancaccio Palace in Rome, the Valtènesi Antitesi 2023 from the Avanzi winery in Manerba del Garda was honored. The guide’s curators described this wine as part of the new wave of Italian winemaking, highlighting the significance of Valtènesi in the revolution of rosé wines in Italy.
In addition to the recognition for Antitesi, three rosés from the region received the prestigious “Tre Bicchieri” award: Valtènesi Rosagreen by Pasini San Giovanni and Valtènesi Fontanamora by Turina. The Valtènesi Consortium expressed satisfaction with these results, which testify to the quality of wines produced along the Brescia Riviera of Lake Garda. The San Martino della Battaglia DOC Campo del Soglio from the Selva Capuzza winery also received an important recognition with the Tre Bicchieri, alongside other member wineries that were awarded for wines outside the denomination.
